The Printable Edit offers digital products only. All items are delivered as instant downloads upon purchase.

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once a purchase is completed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Digital Delivery

After purchase, your files will be available immediately via your order confirmation page and sent to your email address.

It is your responsibility to download and save your files within the provided access period.


Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Accidental purchases
• Selecting the wrong design, size, or style
• Printing outcomes, paper choices, or equipment differences
• Misunderstanding how to use Canva or other tools

We encourage reviewing all product details carefully before completing your purchase.


If There Is an Issue

If a problem is caused by an error on our end, we will make it right.

Please contact support@theprintableedit.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within one business day.

We will assist with:

• Broken or expired download links
• Corrupted or unreadable files
• Missing files from your order
• Canva template links that do not load properly
• Templates that incorrectly require Canva Pro
• Design errors such as typos or incorrect sizing
• Duplicate purchases made within 24 hours


Support Scope

While we are happy to assist with product-related issues, we are not able to provide support for:

• Home printer setup or troubleshooting
• General Canva training or tutorials
• Cricut or Silhouette machine setup
• Custom redesigns or personalization beyond the template
• Print quality variations based on personal equipment

Exchanges

At our discretion, we may offer an exchange for another design of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase, provided the file has not been downloaded or used.

To request an exchange, please email support@theprintableedit.com with your order number.


Defective Files

If your file is defective due to an issue on our end, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A screenshot, if applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a corrected file at no cost.


Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product is considered a violation of our terms.

If you experience any issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.
